  1. What is PrePapQR ?  
    1. PrePapQR consist of a test strip and a mobile application which provides tests for the detection of vaginal Ph.
  2. What are the Precautions to be taken while performing the test ?  
    1. Dispose of the test if the pouch is open or the test pad changes from yellow to any other colour.
    2. Avoid touching the test pad or swab tip with bare hands or any other substance.
    3. Use each test strip once; do not reuse.
    4. High humidity and temperature can impact results, so use the test right after removing it from the pouch.
    5. Use white background while scanning the test strip.
    6. Avoid scanning the test strip in sunlight.
    7. Keep the mobile phone stable & avoid shaking while scanning the test strip in mobile application.
  3.  Can I use blur image to get results ?  
    1. Blurry images can lead to inaccurate object detection and, consequently, incorrect pH readings.
  4. What should be the background behind the test strip ?  
    1. A clear and unobstructed white background is essential for accurate readings. Any objects in the background can lead to incorrect results.
  5. How should the strip placed ?  
      1. The strip needs to be fully inside the bounding box, and the corners should match for accurate readings. This means that the strip should be well-aligned with the bounding box.

      1. The strip should not be placed horizontally, software detects vertically placed strips.
    2. What if only the reaction area of strip is captured while scanning ?  
      1. If the entire strip is not visible in the image, their might be faulty readings. It is essential to capture the full strip in the image.

    1. What is HemoQR ?  
      1. HemoQR consists of a test strip and mobile application which provides tests for the semi-quantitative determinations of Hemoglobin level. The test results will provide information regarding the status of anemia in blood post separation from whole blood. To get hemoglobin reading the test strip with blood sample should be scanned from the mobile application. What are the Precautions to be taken while performing the test?  
    2. What are the precautions to be taken While performing the test ?   
      1. Do not use it after the expiration date.
      2. Take out the strip from the container only just before the test.
      3. Dispose all the samples and kits properly as per the instruction after the test in accordance with GLP.
      4. Avoid scanning the test strip in sunlight.
      5. Keep the mobile phone stable & avoid shaking while scanning the test strip in mobile application.
      6. Use white background while scanning the test strip.
      7. Press finger tight, after the lancet prick to stop the blood flow.
    3. What is the procedure to take test ?  
      1. Prick the finger using a lancet (use fresh lancet every time while performing a test).
      2. Always use a new lancet to test the hemoglobin level.
      3. Depending on how deep the lancet goes into your skin, you can set it according to the rotator or in the lancet device.
      4. If your skin is thin, set the rotator at 1-2 and for normal skin set rotator to 3-4.
      5. Hold a drop of blood against the test strip's edge.
      6. Touch the hemoglobin strip on the drop of blood.
